The first of 3 cuffs I made to sell.
This one was made with 16 gauge nickel, and it falls under the 'one size fits most' category. The cuff is about 2" tall and about 6.5" long from end to end. The metal is thick enough to be sturdy, but, should you have a smaller wrist, it's not that hard to squeeze it to adjust to your arm.
The gears and cogs are raised up, and the background was hand hammer textured (meaning, I took a few mini doming tools (a stick with a tiny metal ball in it)
and beat the crap out of the area, haha.). I also cut up a few areas on some of the gears and cogs to try and give it a worn appearance. After the polishing and all was done, I antiqued the whole thing and tried to make it look old-ish.
The nickel cuff has the most decorations on it to suit the tastes of people who like to wear more elaborate pieces.
With all the time designing, texturing, cleaning, touching up, etc., I'd say this took about... idk, 10-11 hours?Price:
